Data
Each PCN and practice has their own cancer profile which can be used as baseline data for quality improvement.
This tool contains data on cancer services for healthcare professionals and commissioners to use when assessing the impact of cancer on local populations. It includes data on cancer incidence, screening, diagnostic services, fast track referrals and emergency presentation/admissions.
WCA Non-clinical primary care leads can help your practice/ PCN review and interpret its cancer data. Please contact: Lucy.Pickup@wca.uhs.nhs.uk for HIOW or Vicki.Wright@wca.uhs.nhs.uk for Dorset
- NHS Viewpoint PCN Dashboard
