Primary Care Audit Template

In 2023 we developed an audit template for primary care to look into patients diagnosed with Lung, Oesophageal and Pancreatic cancer, exploring what led to the diagnosis. Conducting audits can be an excellent way to learn about your current practices and identify areas for further development or early diagnosis opportunities. Download the template here

NOTE: The data collection period is now over for the Wessex-wide audit but you can still use this template within your PCN and practices for internal learning.
