The Wessex Teenage and Young Adult’s (TYA) Patient Experience Survey is a questionnaire designed for teenagers & young adults aged 16-25 who have been treated for cancer within the Wessex* region during the past year.

The survey asks patients to provide feedback on the service they received to help the TYA team to recognise what is working well and what we can do better.

The survey will be open from March 10, 2025 until May 31, 2025 and can be accessed below.

All responses to this survey will be anonymous and will be analysed by someone outside of the Teenage and Young Adults service so we will not know who said what. 

We will display the results on this webpage and in the TYA ward, showing the feedback we received and what we will do as a result, in a “You Said, We Did” report.
