This toolkit has been developed to support Wessex PCNs and GP Practices to provide high quality care for people living with or at risk of cancer.

It is a resource for the whole primary care team, both clinical and non-clinical, and brings together local and national information, best practice guidance, useful tools and links to further resources and training.

The toolkit can also help you to deliver the PCN DES and QoF QI indicators for cancer (2021/22), and the WCA Prevention and Earlier Diagnosis LIS.
