Kelly’s portfolio spans operational performance, pathways and pathway improvement and diagnostics as part of overall aims to diagnose and treat people more quickly. This includes oversight of the Alliance Service Improvement Team, providing a key link with Trust cancer management teams and aligning with key activities within diagnostic networks.
