Senior Programme Manager – Workforce

Kathy is the Senior Programme Manager leading the cancer workforce, education and ACCEND programmes which are threaded throughout the Wessex Cancer Strategy 2025. She works with key stakeholders locally, regionally and nationally to support workforce retention, development and transformation to deliver safe and effective care for people affected by cancer in the right place for them. She also leads on several regional and national workforce transformational programmes including three of the workstreams in the National ACCEND programme focussing on radiotherapy workforce, embedding cancer education into pre-registration curricular and developing the consultant practitioner workforce of the future.
