Programme Manager – Service Improvement

Jo works with Trusts across Wessex, supporting them to review their cancer diagnostic pathways. Focusing on faster diagnosis for improved patient outcomes through identifying and supporting service improvements, embedding new workforce models, and utilising new innovations.

Jo originally trained in public health before specialising in workforce wellbeing, training and development. She is a skilled facilitator and also leads the internal Alliance organisational development programme.
