Project Manager – Workforce

Jo leads on a range of projects with the non-registered cancer workforce, building capacity and skills to enable teams to provide the best patient care. This includes implementation of the ACCEND framework and planning and commissioning a bespoke training programme. She also manages the careers project, facilitates group sessions, and leads the internal Alliance organisational development programme.

Jo joined the Alliance from Public Health Dorset where she worked with health and social care partners supporting skills development and staff wellbeing with a particular focus on mental health.
