Programme Manager, Service Improvement Team

Hayley leads our Service Improvement Team, supporting our Trust’s clinical and operational leaders to review their cancer diagnostic pathways and working directly with them to implement service developments and innovative new pathways to help achieve faster diagnosis for patients. Hayley has worked within the NHS for a number of years in both project management and patient experience based roles, and is passionate about making a real difference to patient outcomes.
