Consultant Clinical Advisor – SACT and Immuno-oncology Nursing

Abi has a background in cancer nursing with experience in leading cancer nursing at a district general hospital within the region. She has experience of setting up acute oncology services and delivering SACT services, including SACT delivery, nurse-led SACT review clinics and non-medical prescribing to support the patients on a non-surgical treatment pathway.

Her role is focused on developing a strategy to support acute trusts to be able to deliver high quality, safe and efficient SACT services now and in the future, ensuring patient experience is central to this.
