Wessex Cancer Alliance would like to thank Wessex Voices for this Health Inequalities insight report and for the recommendations shared. We are fortunate to have the ongoing support of Wessex Voices, to ensure the recommendations attributable to the Alliance, are addressed and the impact of change, can be reported. We look forward to being able to share an update on this, later in the year.

For those recommendations that sit outside of our Cancer Alliance and that need to be addressed in other organisations, such as the ICS, we will continue to support our partners to prioritise these areas for improvement and will work with people experiencing inequality to ensure that their voices are heard and understood, and we work to reduce inequalities experienced by people in cancer services across Wessex.
