Wessex Voices arranged to interview three adults with a learning disability and four carers of people with a learning disability. No carer or cared for person interviewed were related to each other.

An Easy Read leaflet for the Rapid Investigation Service was sent in advance of each interview to allow time for consideration and feedback. Each interview was carried out either using Teams or Zoom or telephone. One carer provided their written response.
