This report is based on qualitative feedback from 40 patients and 1 carer. They were some of the first people to use and be discharged from the Wessex Rapid Investigation Service (RIS) for suspected cancer, although none were found to have a malignancy. The interviews took place between the beginning of October 2020 to the end of February 2021.
