The workshop is designed to support radiotherapy teams preparing to introduce a new treatment technique through the use of simulation-based learning and collaborative service planning. The programme includes sessions on training and competency planning, workflow development, implementation considerations, and evaluation strategies.
The day will include interactive discussions, group case-based simulations, and a question-and-answer session with colleagues from an established centre.
The workshop offers an opportunity to share experiences, identify implementation challenges, and develop practical action plans to support the successful introduction of new techniques within participating centres.
Audience: Designed for multidisciplinary radiotherapy teams.
