Description: Join the Hampshire and IOW Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust’s Specialist Palliative Care Service in celebrating Dying Matters Week 2026. This year the Hampshire and IOW Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust’s Specialist Palliative Care Service is hosting their first in-person ‘Dying Matters Conference’.
‘Dying to be heard…. listening to what matters’, brings together colleagues from across HIOWH alongside primary and secondary care clinicians based in HIOW, to share experiences in practice which demonstrate how the ‘What Matters?’ ethos can support personalised delivery of meaningful palliative and end of life care, within the context of a public health based compassionate palliative community.

Cost: Places are FREE for HIOW Healthcare Trust employed clinicians. £50 for primary and secondary care services, and palliative partner services within HIOW.
