We are delighted to invite nurses and AHPs supporting people with cancer to join us for the Celebrating Personalised Care Conference which will be held in Southampton on March 6, 2025.

We want to use the conference to celebrate good practice in personalised care and explore the role of the cancer CNS / AHP workforce in delivering personalised care.

This will be an excellent opportunity to get together and share your work, learn from others working in cancer care, see old friends, and make new ones.

The learning outcomes from this event will align with the ACCEND capabilities relating to person-centred collaborative working and assessment, investigations and diagnosis.

You are invited to submit an abstract relating to work conducted to improve personalised care across the cancer pathway.

We are interested in submissions from across a range of settings, from screening to diagnosis and during treatment, as well as prehabilitation and rehabilitation.

Abstracts relating to projects about patient-initiated follow-up, primary care, and care in the community are also welcomed.
Our programme will include oral and poster presentations and opportunities to network. We will have awards recognising best poster submissions.
