Programme Manager – Workforce

Sinead will focus on supporting the implementation of ACCEND for nurses, particularly those working at Enhanced and Advanced levels. She will collaborate with colleagues in the Alliance team and nursing leaders across Wessex to ensure nurses have the knowledge, skills, and capabilities necessary to provide excellent care for people living with cancer, both now and in the future.

Sinead joined from Macmillan Cancer Support, where she worked in the partnership team in Wessex and later as the Strategic Professional Engagement Manager for the Southwest. With a background as a nurse, Sinead has held various clinical and project roles throughout her career.
