This pathway has been developed with healthcare provider stakeholders from across the Wessex Cancer Alliance. It is a resources to demonstrate the Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) pathway taken by people affected by cancer, from decision to treat, administration of treatment, through to discharge. The pathway is also specific to the route of administration of the SACT. For secondary care providers it identifies opportunities for consideration of SACT closer to home services.
