Five Ways to wellbeing E-learning
Five Ways to Wellbeing is a standardised framework, containing a set of evidence-based actions to help improve people’s wellbeing. Originally developed in 2008 by the New Economics Foundation (NEF), Five Ways to Wellbeing is part of the wider MECC approach and encourages individuals to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing through five acts connect, be active, keep learning, give and take notice.
