The aim of the Aspirant Cancer Career and Education Development programme (ACCEND) is to provide workforce transformation in the education, training and career pathways for those supporting people affected by cancer.
The ACCEND framework has three components. These components support practitioners at all levels of the career pathway to develop the core knowledge, skills and behaviours to care for people affected by cancer.
