Service Development and Business Case

Description: The course objectives are:

• To understand the commissioning cycle and business planning process at both secondary and primary care level
• To have the opportunity to complete, in draft form, your own business case
• To present your case for critique and further development

Audience: Aimed at NHS teams who are entering into business planning and negotiation with local/national Commissioners or Trusts.
