This course focusses on personal resilience and is aimed at the supportive workforce (Cancer Support Workers\, Cancer Care Coordinators\, Cancer Pathway Navigators and MDT Coordinators)\, although other cancer professionals are welcome to register. \nThe training runs for two hours over two sessions and participants must be able to attend both sessions. \nA total of 95% of previous participants have agreed or strongly agreed that the course would have a positive impact on their wellbeing and have made reference to recognising stress and implementing coping mechanisms as a result of attending. \nAudience: This course is aimed at ALL STAFF working in cancer care. \nLink to Register

SUMMARY:Principles of Cancer Care Programme (PCCP) - 4-day course
DESCRIPTION:Learn the latest in cancer care at Principles of Cancer Care Programme (PCCP) – a virtual event for the Supportive & Assistive Workforce. \nPCCP is a 4-day online course\, suitable for all unregistered healthcare staff working in a Supportive or Assistive role who are working with people that are affected by cancer or may have a potential cancer diagnosis. \nThe programme has been designed in collaboration with Cancer Support Workers\, Cancer Navigators and Cancer Coordinators. The course is fully funded by\, and aligned to\, the ACCEND framework.
