DESCRIPTION:Session 1: Date and Time: Monday 27th April 2026\, 10am-12pm \nSession 2: Date and Time: Monday 11th May 2026\, 10am-12pm \nVenue: Buttercup Room\, Wellbeing Hub\, University Hospital Southampton \nCost: Free \nDescription: Gain practical skills to help manage your stress levels and maintain a good work life balance. \nDr Kate Jenkins delivers her Psychological Five-a-Day Training for our cancer workforce. The course is fully funded by\, and aligned to\, the ACCEND framework.
