The course is led by experienced trained facilitators and involves the use of actors in scenarios. Content includes: \n\nbreaking bad news\nshared decision making\ntransition to palliative care\n\nYou will need to have an enhanced level of communications skills training prior to applying for this course. \nAudience: This course is aimed at senior healthcare professionals (band 6 or above) to enhance their communication skills in more challenging scenarios such as.
