DESCRIPTION:Cost: Free \nPLEASE NOTE: As this training has been funded by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB\, only NHS and Local Authority employees in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight are eligible to attend. \nFormat: Online \nDescription: Personalised Care and Support Planning (PCSP) is a core component of personalised care. This one-day\, online workshop\, will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to put high quality PCSP into practice.
