DESCRIPTION:Date and Time: Wednesday 13th May 2026\, 09:00-16:00 \nVenue: Bournemouth\, TBC \nCost: Free \nDescription: This course equips the Supportive and Assistive Workforce with practical tools to deliver truly personalised care\, in line with the NHS ACCEND framework. Through interactive learning\, participants develop skills to recognise and reduce blocking behaviours\, apply structured approaches to communication\, and learn how to explain professional boundaries and referrals clearly and compassionately.
